Zoe Saldana is the child of Asalia Saldana and Aridio Nazario. Her birthplace was in Passaic (New Jersey) on the 19th of June, 1978. Her father is Dominican and her mother Puerto Rican. She was raised by her mother who lived in Queens. In 2010, she relocated along with her family to Dominican Republic where they spent for the next seven years.
