Ashley made her debut in London, England on the night of December 6, 1981. Her most well-known roles include parts as a call-girl Bambi on the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Social climber Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama series Revenge and as the actress Tituba as part of the WGN America series Salem.Madekwe was born in South London, England into an ethnically diverse family. Her father is a Nigerian-Swiss, and her mother is English. She was raised in a council estate in the south of London. When she was 14she enrolled in The Brit School. She was a student of acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. When she was a student at the academy, she appeared on numerous stages including the role of King Henry V in the role of princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights with Catherine Earnshaw. Madekwe started her career as an actor with the movie Storm Damage. She's appeared as one of the guests for Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her debut film as a performer was the Woody Allen 2007 film Cassandra's Dream. She starred opposite Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. Her popularity led her to appear in Elisha as a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in six episodes Trexx & Flipside playing the character of Ollie. The year 2008 saw her was cast in the part of Bambi in the ITV2 Drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl which aired in episodes 2 and 3. Madekwe also starred as the lead character in How to lose friends & make people feel alienated and be apathetic, which premiered by Sony Pictures Entertainment in the year 2008. Her theatre credits includes Little Sweet Thing directed by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path directed by David Watson.
Madekwe had her official US debut in the 2009 drama The Beautiful Life, which just aired two episodes on The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC's Revenge as Ashley Davenport. Madekwe was on all of the episodes of the first two series on a daily basis. However, in late May 2013, news came out that she would leave the show following appearing in a guest appearance on the first episode of the season. She starred as Tituba on the show Salem from 2014 to 2016.
Madekwe, her longtime companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June of 2012. The two have collaborated in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl in the past, and Goldberg was also on the show with Madekwe on the TV show Salem.

Ashley Mae Sebera, better known as Dana Brooke, her stage name in World Wrestling Entertainment, was born in Seven Hills on 29 November 1988. Sebera was enrolled at Kent State University, where she earned an education in clothing design, merchandise and marketing in 2011. She also has minors in business administration. Sebera participated in several sports before she decided to focus on gymnastics. Sebera's ankles had been severely damaged when she was a gymnast for 18 years. Then, she was forced to take a break and retire. Her next step was to build muscle and become a fitness competitor. Sebera won championships in 2010-2011 in the National Physique Committee contests. In 2012, she earned a professional card and started participating in the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness. In 2013, Sebera snagged the contract of WWE and began her career with the tag team as Dana Brooke. She trained for 3 years as well as appearing on shows at WWE NXT before making her main roster debut at RAW on Monday Night RAW in 2016. Sebera continued to be active with bodybuilding, outside of pro wrestlers. In 2017 she took part in the Fitness International class in the Arnold's Classic.
