Sheryl underwood is a comedian, host of a television show, as well as an actor in the US. She's most well-known for her work as The Talk's morning co-host. She was born and lived in Little Rock. Sheryl comes out of a very troubled background. She was a child who spent a lot of time looking after her sister Frankie. Frankie was a victim of polio. As she grew older, there were many arguments with her mom. Sheryl claims that her mom had a time when she stabbed her father over getting too close. Sheryl was a soldier after she graduated from university. Her passion for the military was comedy. She became the first woman to be a finalist in the contest Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She began her TV career after becoming regularly performing at the HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. The show was hosted by her Oh Drama! in 2000. She is currently a guest host on Talk Talk since 2011. Also, she appears in fictional roles on series such Bulworth, Nikki or Beauty Shop.
